SOUTH OF PERTH YACHT CLUB WEDDING | CARA & VINCE
Some weddings stay with you long after the last dance — Cara and Vince’s was one of those days. If I could photograph this wedding over and over again, I truly would.
Their celebration was full of family, love, and heartfelt moments. The day began with a beautiful Catholic ceremony at St Mary’s in Perth, where Cara and Vince said their vows surrounded by their nearest and dearest. The timeless church setting added a sense of tradition and reverence to the day.
After the ceremony, we explored some of Perth’s most iconic spots for portraits — the grandeur in the area around the State Building and the greenery of the Supreme Court Gardens. Both locations offered such a dreamy backdrop, balancing old-world architecture with lush, open spaces.
The reception unfolded at the stunning South of Perth Yacht Club, with views across the water as the sun dipped low. Infinity Styling & Events transformed the space with elegant florals, candles, and soft touches that made the room glow. Festoon lights, laughter, and music filled the evening, and it felt like one of those weddings where everyone was truly present — celebrating, connecting, and soaking in the joy of the moment.
Cara looked radiant with makeup by Charlotte James MUA and hair by Kirsten Smith Hair. The details throughout the day were perfection: a delicious cake by Robyn’s Creative Cakes, custom signage by Aras Custom Creations, and entertainment that kept the night flowing thanks to Adrian from DJ Entertainment & Events. Guests also loved the fun touches — a photo booth and audio guest book from The Mighty Booths, plus styling pieces from Black Label Events including the white mesh arbour, LOVE letters, and “That’s Amore” sign.
It was a day brimming with warmth, elegance, and love. Cara and Vince created a wedding that was not only beautiful but also deeply meaningful — and being the one to capture it all was an absolute honour.
