MASONMILL WEDDING | KIARA & MARK

Kiara and Mark’s wedding was set against the lush, French garden-inspired backdrop of Masonmill Gardens in the Perth Hills.

This was my first time shooting at this venue and it completely charmed me. With its sweeping lawns, elegant stonework and vibrant greenery, it felt like we’d stepped into a European summer garden without ever leaving WA.

Kiara and Mark chose to have everything onsite, which meant no rushing around and more time soaking in the day. We didn’t need to go far for portraits. The venue gave us everything we needed. From the manicured gardens to the dreamy weeping willows, every corner felt timeless. And the dappled light in the forested pockets was a photographer’s dream.

They kept things classic with a green and white palette that complemented the gardens beautifully. The vibe was elegant but relaxed — the kind of day where everything flows easily and feels full of joy.

The reception was held in the terraced area with fairy lights surrounding us. Guests lingered over wine and heartfelt speeches, and it truly felt like a hidden slice of Europe tucked in the Perth Hills.
