jenni + jason {mosmans wedding}

What a way to finish off an amazing year of weddings, right where the year started at the beautiful waterfront Mosman's Restaurant.

Jenni & Jason's wedding was relaxed yet elegant with amazing attention to details and a stunning bride and groom.

Jenni wore a beautiful Carla Zampatti dress that was so light and complemented her sparkly Jimmy Choo's perfectly!  Swoone!

The wedding ceremony was held at the All Saints College Chapel and the reception at Mosman's restaurant.  Between the ceremony and reception the bridal party headed to Fremantle for portraits.  I have never seen Cliff street that busy, all because of the sailing championships.  But never mind, that is the wonderful thing about Freo, you can always find a quiet corner and we found two.

Big thanks to Jas again for second shooting and capturing the awesome ring shot including the wedding date.

Jenni is a keen cook, and got macaroons from Cake love couture for the favours and to decorate the Takes the Cake Cake.  YUM!

I hope you both had an amazing day and enjoy the images!!!

2011 - WHAT A YEAR

2011, what a big year... I think this has been the busiest year yet.  I want to give a huge thanks to the amazing couples that invited me to capture their wedding.  I had a blast shooting them and meeting some amazing people and getting to photograph some truly beautiful weddings.

Thankyou to Jasmin who has second shot for so many of the weddings this year and kept me in stitches while yielding the camera, and Charmaine for being the DIY queen with setting up the Photobooth side to the business.  I am looking forward to a crazy, fun 2012 with you both!

And one last thanks, to Dale, who is so patient throughout the wedding season and puts up with communicating to the back of my head when I am editing, the mad cleaning and stashing of items in random places when I have meetings in the studio and dealing with more wedding talk than any boyfriend should ever listen too :)

2012, I cannot wait to see what is in store!

PS 2011 is still not over, 3 lovely weddings still to appear on the blog in the coming days!!

CARLEE + LEE {NAUTICAL WEDDING}

Carlee & Lee are loads of fun and Carlee planned a gorgeous, low key wedding with a very nautical theme.

Everything about this wedding made me swoon, from her gorgeous Vera Wang dress (which Carlee got for a steal through a US buyer), her cute Melissa shoes and nautical table decorations and bunting made by Carlee's amazingly talented Mum.

Carlee & Lee were married on the foreshore of the Swan River next to Pier 21, then after some photos on the foreshore, headed to Monument Hill in Fremantle to capture the bridal party with the Port of Fremantle in the background, then to Cliff Street and the Lighthouse before hoping on the Vlaming to cruise down the Swan River to Mosmans for the reception.

Carlee & Lee also had the photobooth set up for the reception and I will post some of those awesome photos soon!

Big thanks to Jas for second shooting and Charmaine for handling the photobooth!

Thankyou Carlee & Lee for trusting me to capture your amazing wedding day!  I hope you enjoy the images!

Tying the knot, literally...

I love it when random travellers pull up to our shoot site with a Wicked Camper and cool design :)

See?  GORGEOUS decorations...
