Anna & Chris: Wedding Photography
Anna & Chris met a the Glastonbury Festival in the UK, through the mud and music! They spent the next few years living in the UK and traveling the globe (so jealous of their South American adventures!) before moving to Perth in 2008.
Chris is from NZ and his family were all at Heathcote waiting for Anna & Chris to arrive and say their wedding vows. But before they arrived, I got to see them first for their ‘first look’ photos.
I met a nervous Chris at Point Walter Reserve and he waited patiently for Anna to arrive. Meeting before the ceremony for some photos is gaining popularity for a number of reasons. You get to have a more private moment when you first see each other on your wedding day and take the time to talk about the pending nuptials together. Also if, like Anna & Chris, your ceremony and reception are at the same location and later in the day (which was essential on this hot December day) it means you don’t have to leave the guests for the bridal portraits, you can just go straight into party mode with your family and friends!

We did have a quick session at Heathcote while the sun was going down,
Thank you Anna & Chris for inviting me to share your wonderful day with me, I hope you enjoy the photos!
